How long do ozgameshop take to deliver

I am not sure how to join their mailing list, so I keep checking their website for new items and offers. Worst retailer I've ever experienced. Problem arose when I purchased two items off them from their eBay store Australia-Games.

No response, 3 days later I'm told they sent it to the wrong address in question. I called the old address It was old house in another state Package never arrived, escalated to Paypal, ozgameshop. I asked them if they sent it to the correct address as It will bounce back because of recipient not known at location No response. No response from any of their team now, I can't cancel the order, can't return it, cant even receive it, And they think its smart business practice to have me contacting them everyday, then sending multiple packages to the wrong address for god knows how many times until they figure it out Absolute nightmare, I've never written a negative review before till now as well.

They have no idea what they're doing, their team doesnt have the proper resources and their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I will escalate this endlessly till its resolved. Everything up until checkout was great. For some reason the site wouldn't take my credit card. Otherwise a good experience. I always find game I want here that has been sold out elsewhere! Great shop to buy from! Good, cheap, easy to use. I enjoy how simply and affordable it is. I get the same items you would in shops for a lot less. Never got my order, never got a refund.

Please don't order from this website, they call themselves ozgames but they ship from the UK! I recently purchased a new SD card for my camera and they were not only the cheapest but also offered the easiest checkout system I've used in a while. Highly recommend! Due to an error, the website did not save my new address, which I updated prior to making the orders.

It has been months and still no refund for parcels sent to the old address. Who know if they were even sent or if they were lost. They referred me to Australia Post who advised that the store should know everything based on tracking numbers and should have received the returned parcels by now. Ozgameshop customer service is circular and no help. I was told all the supervisors will say the same thing and that there is no complaints department or process.

If I had payed with Paypal they would have refunded me long ago due to the website error not being my fault, but all Ozgameshop tell me is 'I supplied the wrong address' and they can't refund me. Happy to change this to 5 stars when I get a refund. I stumbled across ozgameshop years ago when they just started out, have been buying my games and presents for my 5 nephews each year, its my go to place.

I pre ordered red dead redemption 2 in April of 17, since that time I moved address but with the release coming i made sure I updated my address months before as was excited to get it. The release date passes and I receive nothing, I contact oz gameshop and they tell me no problem it is on its way.

Still I receive nothing so I contact again, they tell me it has been delivered to my old address and that they cant do anything, I spoke to Lauren who runs the emails and online portal of the website, I said I updated my details before release, she tells me as it has been sent her hands are tied and said I need to go to the old address and ask the new owners to give me my game or wait for them to send it back to ozgameshop and they will process a refund to me.

How is this anyway to do business when a customer has an issue, they would rather lose customer to prove a point? Generally I received the games with good delivery and at good prices, but as above if you have to deal with customer service and especially this Lauren character who is just outright rude and unhelpful putting it politely, then good luck I will be shopping else where. Only bone to pick is the rewards system The points you earn should never expire and when you redeem the points it should be to the dollar they are worth.

Good toys for babies on this site. Easy to use and find what you want. My 10 month old is gonna love his bing toy when it arrives. I'm glad I can depend on these guys to deliver games at really good prices.

Edit: ordered on 25 nov. Oh and on sunday night they sent me an email too saying that it had only just been dispatched. So i think that the email is some how delayed. I thin within 10 days you should get it. It normally takes me 8 days. The delayed email happened to me too. I preordered a game due for release 26 November, checked the site a couple of days after that date and it was noted as sent, but then got an email a week later saying it had been sent on that day.

And it was in my letterbox the next day. Maybe they have an Australian distribution centre and email when it's sent from there…? Dont freak out if you dont receive all your games in one package. They usually post in separate packages, sometimes taking a few days between games. You may receive them all at once though.
