Where is the dragon at bonestrewn crest

Will a dragon ever re-spawn there, or is this quest glitched if you kill the dragon beforehand? Anyone else experiencing this error? I wrote Setstage BQ04 in the console and it should complete the quest ofc you wont get a dragon soul but atleast it wont take up space. I hope this will help others aswell. This works for PC dunno about all the other consoles. Killed Dragon no bugs took soul,unable to complete quest to jorlief even tho i have the bounty and map says cleared new bug PC!!!

According to a few users I've talk with recently via e-mail, it is possible to reach Bonestrewn Crest via console commands by simply typing coc BonestrewnCrestExterior At the moment, I don't have access to Skyrim the new beta patch has broken my game completely , and so I need someone to test this out in-game.
